Zoe is a Senior Client Relations Specialist at Boston Partners Private Wealth, a division of Boston Partners. She is responsible for client service and operations within Boston Partners Private Wealth. Prior to joining Boston Partners in 2025, she was with Charles Schwab Investment Management for 5 years, providing white-glove client service to individual and institutional clients under the ThomasPartners, Windhaven and Wasmer Shroeder Strategies. Prior to her time with Charles Schwab Investment Management, Zoe worked for Charles Schwab & Co. in a variety of client service and wealth management positions. She has also owned and operated Zoe’s Swim School, teaching over 100 children to swim. Zoe earned a B.A. in Business Administration and History from Saint Michael’s College in 2016. She began her career in the investment industry in 2016.
Josh is an Investment Advisor at Boston Partners Private Wealth. He is responsible for private client development and engagement, including providing investment and financial planning services to high-net-worth families and individuals. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Josh built Regal Financial of Greater Boston serving over 100 clients. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch’s Boston Global Banking and Markets division. In this role, Josh served as the Global Relationship Manager for the Merrill Lynch/Fidelity Investments equity platform relationship. He led a top ranked team that provided research, capital markets solutions and corporate access to Boston’s largest asset managers. Josh’s experience has created deep investment knowledge in asset management, derivatives, hedge funds, mutual funds, ETFs, asset allocation and global markets. During his early career, he was a financial consultant with Smith Barney in the 1990’s. He built a strong client base helping families with their investment portfolios. Josh earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from Tufts University in 1991 after his years at Tabor Academy. He began his career in the investment industry in 1991.
Peter is the Head of Private Client Services at Boston Partners, responsible for strategy and the oversight of all Private Wealth functions. Prior to joining Boston Partners, he was Head of the Bond & Equity Strategists team at Fidelity Investments providing market expertise and asset allocation guidance to the advisor channel. His extensive experience also includes several senior roles as a Managing Director in Bond & Derivative Sales at Royal Bank of Scotland, Bear Stearns, and Credit Suisse, servicing the hedge fund and asset management firms. He started his career as a Loan Officer at Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Peter earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. He began his career in the investment industry in 1983.
Ms. White joined WPG Partners in 2006 as a portfolio administrator with the Small Cap Value team. Prior to joining WPG Partners she spent seven years in the Event/Conference Research Industry as an event director. Ms. White holds a B.A. degree in communications from American University. She began her career in the industry in 2006.

Mr. Schukman is a Research Analyst for the WPG Partners Suite of strategies. He joined WPG Partners in December 2023 from Bank of America, where he spent seven years in both equity research and corporate strategy roles. Prior to that, he was at Morgan Stanley as an equity research associate covering large-cap banks. He began his career in equity research at KBW/Stifel as an associate covering small‐ and mid‐cap regional banks. Mr. Schukman holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia with a double major in Economics and Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Hellauer is a Research Analyst for the WPG Partners Small and Micro Cap Value team. He joined WPG Partners in February 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two and half years as a senior equity analyst at Casey Capital. He began his career at Bain Capital Credit, where he spent four years working across private debt, private equity and special situations, first in Chicago and later in the Melbourne, Australia office. Mr. Hellauer subsequently worked as a consulting investor for CPMG, before enrolling in a graduate program at Peking University in Beijing. After PKU, he attended Columbia Business School focusing his time on social enterprise, impact investing, and public equity investing. Mr. Hellauer graduated with a B.B.A from University of Notre Dame, with a double major in Finance and Economics, and received an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Weiss is a Portfolio Manager on the WPG Partners Small Cap Value team. He joined WPG Partners in mid-1999 from Bear Stearns where he began his investment career in 1995 as an equity analyst, responsible for covering the building materials, nonferrous metals, steel, and steel-related industries. Mr. Weiss holds a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.

Mr. Shuster is a Portfolio Manager of the WPG Partners Small and Micro Cap Equity products. He joined WPG Partners in mid-1999 to head the firm’s Small Cap Value team. He joined the firm from APM Partners, where he was a Managing Partner responsible for managing a small-cap value hedge fund. Mr. Shuster began his investment career as a financial analyst with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, later moving to First City Capital, where he spent three years as a Vice President, research analyst. Previously, he was a portfolio manager with Value Equity Associates where he co-managed an event-driven stock portfolio. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Mr. Shuster began his career in the investment industry in 1983, specializing in small-cap equity investing since 2000.

Mr. Gandhi is Lead Portfolio Manager of the WPG Partners suite of strategies. He joined WPG Partners in July 2012 as a research analyst with a concentration in the technology, media, telecom, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gandhi was an Associate in the investment banking division at Needham & Company. He graduated with a B.S. from the University of Maryland and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he currently teaches Applied Value Investing as an adjunct professor. Mr. Gandhi holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Mr. McCormick is a Product Manager for Boston Partners. In this capacity he collaborates with portfolio research personnel to communicate investment narratives and positioning of Boston Partners’ various products. Prior to this role, he was an Associate in the firm’s Client Service group where he maintained and onboarded institutional client portfolios. Before joining Boston Partners in February 2023, he was a portfolio management associate at Hall Capital Partners. Mr. McCormick holds a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets from Colby College. He began his career in the industry in 2016.

Mr. LeVie is a Quantitative Analyst for Boston Partners. Prior to assuming this role, he was a lead software engineer in the firm’s data management group. Mr. LeVie joined the firm in March 2019 from State Street Global Advisors where he was a data systems architect. Ms. Zona is an Equity Analyst for Boston Partners, specializing in the health care services sector of the equity market. She joined the firm in July 2024 from Goldman Sachs where she worked in alternative investments. Ms. Zona earned a B.S. in Neuroscience with a Finance concentration from Boston College. Ms. Clements is a Research Analyst for Boston Partners, serving on the Sustainability and Engagement team. She joined the firm in January 2024. Mr. Bowker is Director of Equity Trading for Boston Partners. His responsibilities include overseeing the trading desk in Boston, managing technological and regulatory change as it impacts trading and the investment process, and heading up the Trade Management Oversight Committee, which is charged with ensuring trading complies with the firm’s best execution practices. Previously, he held numerous positions on the trading desk including senior equity trader and equity trading assistant. Before joining the desk, he worked as an associate in the firm’s Operations department. He joined the organization in July 2000 from Putnam Investments where he was a corporate actions analyst. He is a member of NOIP (National Organization of Investment Professionals), CBOE IAC (Institutional Advisory Council), and NASDAQ ITAC (Institutional Traders Advisory Council). Mr. Bowker holds a B.A. in Economics from Stonehill College.
Mr. McCue is a member of the Investor Relations team at Boston Partners. In this capacity, he is responsible for distribution of Boston Partners products to corporations, foundations, and endowments. Prior to joining the firm in June 2023, Mr. McCue was head of investor relations at Atlas Merchant Capital and a director in the institutional client business at BlackRock. Mr. McCue holds a B.A. degree from Boston College and the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses. He began his career in the industry in 2011.
Mr. Thomas is a Product Manager for Boston Partners and has extensive experience with all the firm’s strategies. In this position, he works with our team of investment professionals in formulating, developing, and communicating the investment narrative for Boston Partners. He joined Boston Partners in September 2015. Prior to this role, Mr. Thomas was a Portfolio Analyst within the Portfolio Research Group. Before that he was an RFP Writer/Database Coordinator in the Marketing Services Department. Mr. Thomas holds a B.A. degree in Economics and a minor in Mathematics from Bates College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He began his career in the industry in 2015.
Mr. Lieberman is a Client Advisor at Boston Partners. In this capacity, he is responsible for delivering Boston Partners investment solutions to premier financial advisors at the major wealth management firms. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Mr. Lieberman held similar roles at Angel Oak Capital and Putnam Investments. Ms. Kelliher is a member of the Investor Relations team responsible for business development and relationship management within the financial intermediary channel. Prior to and joining the firm in March 2023, Ms. Kelliher was a Director of Platform Distribution at Manulife/John Hancock Investments where she oversaw the coordination and implementation of investment research and due diligence programs for broker-dealer platforms and financial institutions; she also managed an internal sales team supporting the broker-dealer/platform and DCIO channels. Before that, Ms. Kelliher held various sales roles across multiple channels including RIAs, family offices, and bank/trusts. She holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from Babson College. She holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 licenses and began her career in the investment industry in 2014.
Mr. Watson is responsible for Relationship Management and Business Development for the firm’s Public Fund and Taft-Hartley clients across the U.S. He also serves as a voting member of the Boston Partners Governance Committee. He joined the firm after nine years at BNY Mellon Investment Management where he was a Vice President in the North American Distribution group with responsibility for multi-employer, public and other clients. In prior roles, Mr. Watson was with The Boston Company Asset Management as a Client Service Analyst, and he started his career at State Street Global Services. Mr. Strakosch is responsible for Business Development and Relationship Management of the firm’s Public Fund and Taft-Hartley clients. He also serves as a member of the Boston Partners Governance Committee. He joined the firm in 2023 from AllianceBernstein where he was a Vice President in the Institutional Client Group with responsibility for Public Fund and Taft-Hartley clients throughout North America. Previously, he was at Putnam Investments responsible for marketing Putnam Investment solutions to Financial Advisors at the wire house firms. Ms. Burke is Director of Client Service for Boston Partners, responsible for managing the firm’s client service associates and proposal team. In this role, she helps ensure client needs are met with world-class service and satisfaction while driving new business initiatives to develop and enhance relationships in the firm’s institutional and sub-advisory businesses. Ms. Burke joined the firm in February 2023 from Putnam Investments where she spent 15 years as Director of Client Service, managing day-to-day oversight of its Japanese and North American clients. Before that, she was an Account Executive and Proposal Writer at Fidelity Investments in its institutional division. Ms. Burke earned a B.A. in Asian Studies from Dartmouth College and an M.A. in East Asian Studies from Duke University. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Ms. Burke began her career in the industry in 2006.
Mr. Cole is a member of the Investor Relations team, with distribution and relationship management responsibilities for consultants and investors in North America. He joined the firm in January 2023 from Intech, where he was a member of the consultant relations team. Prior to this, Newcomb was in a similar role at The Boston Company. Mr. Cole holds a B.S. degree in finance from Syracuse University. He also holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and began his career in the industry in 1990.
Mr. Reid is Senior Compliance Manager for Boston Partners and Chief Compliance Officer of Boston Partners Securities, LLC, the firm’s limited purpose broker/dealer. He joined Boston Partners in August 2022. His primary responsibilities are sales and marketing compliance and broker/dealer regulatory oversight. Mr. Reid is a member of the GIPS® Committee and the Governance Committee. Previously, he was a member of the Boston Partners Sustainability and Engagement team where he managed the proxy voting process on behalf of the Governance Committee, prepared all engagement materials with issuers regarding proxy matters, and conducted original ESG research on issuers held in the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reid was Compliance Manager, Assistant Vice President, at Natixis Investment Managers. Mr. Birmingham is a Product Specialist for the Boston Partners value equity strategies based in the London office, responsible for clients, consultants and prospects outside of North America. Prior to this role, he joined the firm in June 2018 as an RFP Writer and Database Coordinator in the Marketing Department, where he supported all of the firm’s equity strategies. Mr. Thompson is an Equity Trading Assistant for Boston Partners. Prior to assuming this role, he worked as a portfolio operations analyst. Before joining the firm in May 2021, Mr. Thompson held several roles including Vice President of Operations at Benefit Street Partners LLC and positions at International Fund Services (IFS) and Pioneer Investments. Mr. Thompson holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
Ms. Pattipati is a member of the Relationship Management team at Boston Partners. She works with many of our key domestic and international clients in a client service and relationship manager capacity. Prior to joining Boston Partners in November 2016, she was a business development associate at Geode Capital Management. She holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Ms. Pattipati began her career in the industry in 2012.
Ms. Sheerin is a member of the Relationship Management team at Boston Partners and she joined this team in 2011. She works with many of our key domestic and international clients in a client service and relationship manager capacity. Prior to joining our firm in June 2011, she was a Client Service Representative at Putnam Investments. She also held several financial services related internships including working for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management and State Street Global Advisors. She holds a B.S. degree in business management from Babson College. Ms. Sheerin began her career in the industry in 2009.
