Mr. Connolly is the Head of Global Distribution for Boston Partners. In this role, he oversees the firms Distribution efforts in North America and Internationally as well as Relationship Management. Before joining the firm in October 2022, Mr. Connolly spent 20 years at Putnam Investments in a variety of roles, including National Sales Manager, President of Putnam Retail Management, and Head of Global Distribution. He reported directly to Putnam’s CEO as a member of the Operating Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Connolly was Managing Director, Head of Boston Fixed Income Group and Head of Relationship Management at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Connolly holds a B.A. degree in English from Dartmouth College, where he was a three-year varsity letterman and a member of two Ivy League Football championship teams. Josh is an Investment Advisor at Boston Partners Private Wealth. He is responsible for private client development and engagement, including providing investment and financial planning services to high-net-worth families and individuals. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Josh built Regal Financial of Greater Boston serving over 100 clients. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch’s Boston Global Banking and Markets division. In this role, Josh served as the Global Relationship Manager for the Merrill Lynch/Fidelity Investments equity platform relationship. He led a top ranked team that provided research, capital markets solutions and corporate access to Boston’s largest asset managers. Josh’s experience has created deep investment knowledge in asset management, derivatives, hedge funds, mutual funds, ETFs, asset allocation and global markets. During his early career, he was a financial consultant with Smith Barney in the 1990’s. He built a strong client base helping families with their investment portfolios. Josh earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from Tufts University in 1991 after his years at Tabor Academy. He began his career in the investment industry in 1991.
Ms. Zona is a Research Analyst, serving on the Sustainability and Engagement Team. She joined Boston Partners in 2021. She is responsible for original ESG/Sustainability research on companies held in Boston Partners’ portfolios. She is also responsible for engaging with issuers on sustainability, governance, executive compensation, proxy voting, and more. Ms. Zona previously led all Governance Committee meetings and managed the proxy voting process. She is now a voting member of the Governance Committee. Prior to this role, Mr. Mullaney was the director of fixed income at Boston Partners and, before that, a managing director and senior investment strategist at Putnam Investments, specializing in portfolio strategy and key account portfolio management. Earlier in his career, he was a senior consultant with Chase Econometrics/Interactive Data Corporation, focusing on quantitative methodologies in fixed income and equity management. Mr. Farren is a Global Markets Analyst for Boston Partners. Prior to assuming this role, he was a senior relationship manager and senior portfolio analyst who served as a liaison between clients and the firm’s research analysts and portfolio managers. He joined the firm in October 2015 from Alliance Bernstein in New York where he spent over three years in a sales capacity covering hedge funds and curating event-driven research. Before that, he spent four years at Tudor Investment Corporation working on the Raptor Fund as a fundamental analyst covering restaurants, food and beverage companies, household products, and miscellaneous non-retail consumer sectors of the equity market. He sat on both the conservation commission and the board of economic development in his hometown of Easton, Massachusetts, for three years. Mr. Atwood is the Director of Consultant Relations for Boston Partners. In this role, he leads the team responsible for managing the firm’s Consultant Relations efforts globally. Mr. Atwood also oversees many of Boston Partners’ largest consultant relationships by shared client AUM. He joined the firm in March 2006 from Deutsche Asset Management, where he was responsible for sales and marketing to corporate retirement plans, endowments and foundations. Mr. Dwinell is the Head of Relationship Management and Product Management for Boston Partners. Mr. Butterly is General Counsel and Director of Sustainability and Engagement for Boston Partners. He joined the firm in March 2005 as General Counsel, responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance matters. Mr. Butterly also serves as Director of Sustainability and Engagement, focusing on firm implementation of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. He has also previously served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Butterly served as Chief Compliance Officer at General Motors Asset Management. Mr. Bowker is Director of Equity Trading for Boston Partners. His responsibilities include overseeing the trading desk in Boston, managing technological and regulatory change as it impacts trading and the investment process, and heading up the Trade Management Oversight Committee, which is charged with ensuring trading complies with the firm’s best execution practices. Previously, he held numerous positions on the trading desk including senior equity trader and equity trading assistant. Before joining the desk, he worked as an associate in the firm’s Operations department. He joined the organization in July 2000 from Putnam Investments where he was a corporate actions analyst. Prior to joining the firm in June 2023, Mr. McCue was head of investor relations at Atlas Merchant Capital and a director in the institutional client business at BlackRock. Mr. Thomas is a Product Manager for Boston Partners and has extensive experience with all the firm’s strategies. In this position, he works with our team of investment professionals in formulating, developing, and communicating the investment narrative for Boston Partners. He joined the firm after nine years at BNY Mellon Investment Management where he was a Vice President in the North American Distribution group with responsibility for multi-employer, public and other clients. In prior roles, Mr. Watson was with The Boston Company Asset Management as a Client Service Analyst, and he started his career at State Street Global Services. Ms. Burke is Director of Client Service for Boston Partners, responsible for managing the firm’s client service associates and proposal team. In this role, she helps ensure client needs are met with world-class service and satisfaction while driving new business initiatives to develop and enhance relationships in the firm’s institutional and sub-advisory businesses. Ms. Burke joined the firm in February 2023 from Putnam Investments where she spent 15 years as Director of Client Service, managing day-to-day oversight of its Japanese and North American clients. Before that, she was an Account Executive and Proposal Writer at Fidelity Investments in its institutional division. Ms. Burke earned a B.A. in Asian Studies from Dartmouth College and an M.A. in East Asian Studies from Duke University. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Cole is a member of the Investor Relations team, with distribution and relationship management responsibilities for consultants and investors in North America. He joined the firm in January 2023 from Intech, where he was a member of the consultant relations team. Prior to this, Newcomb was in a similar role at The Boston Company. Mr. Reid is Senior Compliance Manager for Boston Partners and Chief Compliance Officer of Boston Partners Securities, LLC, the firm’s limited purpose broker/dealer. He joined Boston Partners in August 2022. His primary responsibilities are sales and marketing compliance and broker/dealer regulatory oversight.
